2026 Engineering Design Showcase Recap
On April 2nd, 2026, Rainhouse Manufacturing Canada Ltd. and the University of Victoria’s Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science proudly co-hosted the 2026 Engineering Design Showcase. Hosted at the Pearkes Recreation Centre, the event brought together students, educators, industry professionals, and community members for a day of collaboration, conversation, and hands-on innovation. Attendees explored award-winning student projects, robotics demonstrations, and valuable networking opportunities. From student-led projects to industry discussions, the showcase highlighted the importance of connecting education and industry while supporting the next generation of engineers and innovators.
