Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system guarantees that every part we make will meet your requirements. Our team team can inspect to any specification, for any application. Regardless of whose parts we inspect, our inspection report will be as detailed as you require.
In the context of manufacturing, Quality Assurance or (QA) is the system of procedures that a manufacturer uses to guarantee that products dependably meet expected quality control (QC) levels.
The Rainhouse quality assurance team is essential in our manufacturing process as we manufacture parts for a variety of industries which require high-precision parts with tight tolerances.
A First Article Inspection (FAI) verifies that the production process creates parts that conform to customer requirements. Although the FAI occurs after the machining is done, a FAI is designed before the manufacturing process starts to guarantee that machines are set up correctly.
Throughout the machining and manufacturing process, our quality assurance team works with our machinist to create In Process Checks (IPCs). IPCs examine product parameters at each step of creation to confirm they’re within our client’s specifications.
Rainhouse’s quality assurance team creates a Certificate of Conformance (CoC) for very batch of parts we make. This official certification declares that all parts conform to our customer’s requirements. CoC also confirms the imported product meets the required international standard(s).
Material Traceability Certifications (MTCs) are included with all machined parts by default.
Rainhouse can also act as third-party quality assurance for inspecting parts made by other manufacturers. Although inspection reports are not created by default, Rainhouse can provide printed or digital third-party inspection reports for any percent of the products inspected. We can create reports that they have the exact measurements (called out in the part drawing) of at least one part of the batch to show that it’s within specifications.
